Scholarships and grants are the perfect keys that you need to pay off debt, loans, college intuition/supplies, rent, and other issues when you are attending college. Of course, it may cost you an arm to apply for certain scholarships that you are applying for (For example, some scholarships may require to have college transcripts and letters of recommendation in order to be consider for qualification by the sponsors/judges). However, in the end, it's well worth the hard work because this is for your future and getting an education will definitely help you in that department.

I have applied for plenty of scholarships I have yet to receive any but I am hopeful. I really need the extra money for my tuition and housing and such.

I have also applied to several scholarships. I wish there wasn't so much essays on the same basic topics to write over and over. I wish that some of those scholarships would be more original. the one that was most fun for me was the frame my future scholarship. Was a lot more creative in how to apply for one.

anyway I have only received one scholarship so far but I am working hard on obtaining more.

Don't get disappointed my dear...There are many consultancies who are providing student loans.. you can avail those facilities..
