I doubt that will be reported on your credit score. In fact I can almost guarantee you are all set. Your checking account is not a credit based account with a credit limit. Plus its your personal bank and they generally care more about not ticking you off than your credit card company. I have had mix-ups before where somebody bounced a big check they wrote to me which caused checks I wrote to bounce and with enough pressure my bank gave me back any and all NSF charges.
